Carter returns from an unsuccessful mission with a new pal in tow --- a runaway chimpanzee from the local bombed-out zoo. The men of Stalag 13 decide to make "Freddy" their barracks mascot --- but Hogan sees a more practical use for the happy-go-lucky chimp.
