Three almost-teenagers and their parents are searching to find a larger home for everyone in Thousand Oaks, California. Mom wants a turnkey house with nice hardwood flooring, dad wouldn't mind a fixer upper and their growing kids all want their own space and a backyard pool. With an increasingly hot real estate market, however, finding the perfect home that has it all is going to require a lot of compromise.
